CUBETTE TRACK 2020: ALAUNA STACKHOUSE
With the 2020 high school athletic seasons having come to a premature end due to the coronavirus, KWHI is visiting with some of the Brenham High School Class of 2020, whose seasons are over.
We had a chance to visit with senior track & field athlete Alauna Stackhouse, who says the news of the end of the season hit her hard…
In her final meet, against a tough field at Lamar Consolidated, Stackhouse placed 7th overall in the 800 Meters in 2:35.23; Eight in the 400 Meters at 1:02.92 and was on the 4x400 relay that placed 9th in 4:31.76.
She also ran for the Cubette Cross Country team, placing 24th at the District 19/5A meet in 22:52.7.
