TEXANS/COWBOYS 2020 SCHEDULES RELEASED

The NFL has released its tentative 2020 season schedule—pending any delays due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

The Texans are slated to open the season on opening night, Thursday, September 10th at Kansas City, against the Super Bowl Champion, Chiefs.  The game will kick off at 7:25.

The Cowboys will open the season the following Sunday night, when they travel to Los Angeles to face the Rams as they christen the new $4.9-billion SoFi Stadium.

Each team will host their home opener the following Sunday, when Baltimore visits the Texans and the Cowboys host Atlanta.  Both games kick off at noon.

The season opener will be the Texans’ only scheduled prime time kickoff.  Dallas will play in prime time a league-high five times.  Seven other teams (Baltimore, Green Bay, Kansas City, LA Rams, San Francisco, New England and Tampa Bay) will also play five prime time games.

Both the Texans and Cowboys will be in action, Thanksgiving Day.  The Texans will be at Detroit for the early kickoff, while the Cowboys will host Washington in the afternoon game.
