MULTIPLE CHARGES FILED AFTER LOCAL VEHICLE STOP
(Washington Co. Jail)
A Colorado County man has been arrested following a call for a welfare concern.
Friday, just before 6:30 p.m., police were called to the 100 block of U.S. Highwy 290 West.
Police located a vehicle driven by 36-year old Marcus Shae McCrory of Eagle Lake.
McCrory was arrested and charged with: Driving While Intoxicated-2nd Offense, Driving While License Invalid-Enhanced, Tamper/Fabricate Physical Evidence w/Intent to Impair, Possession of Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
McCrory was transported to the Washington County Jail.
