BRENHAM P.D. ARRESTS HOUSTON MAN ON WARRANT

A Monday morning local traffic stop has led to the arrest of a Houston man.
Just before 9:30, Monday morning, police pulled over a vehicle near the intersection of East Academy and North Market Street for defective tail light.
An investigation revealed the driver, 52-year old Derrick Nickerson of Houston, was wanted on a warrant for: Parole Violation – out of Austin.
Nickerson was placed in custody and booked into the Washington County Jail.
