THREE SENTENCED IN LOCAL COURT
Three people have been sentenced to prison time after the latest session of 21st Judicial District Court in Brenham.
25-year old Justin Christopher Kazmir of Caldwell had his probation revoked on a four year old arrest for Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
Kazmir pleaded guilty and was sentenced to eight years in prison and fined $940.
Also in local court:
21-year old Josi James Rogers of Brenham was sentenced to seven years in prison for a February arrest for Fraudulent Use/Possession of Identifying Information – a Third Degree Felony.
And 45-year old Ronnie Mack McCullough of Brenham was sentenced to three years in prison on each of two charges: Terroristic Threat Against a Peace Officer and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Both are Third Degree Felonies.
