BRENHAM P.D. MAKES DRUG POSSESSION ARRESTS

  

Brenham police made three arrests for drug possession, Thursday.

Just before 2:00 p.m., police pulled over a vehicle for speeding in the 1600 block of U.S. 290 West.

Police smelled marijuana coming from the vehicle.  After investigation, 22-year old Ericksson Rai Rodas was taken into custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana.

A passenger, 21-year old Victoria Baltazar, also of Houston was taken into custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance, as well.

Then, just after 6:30 p.m., police conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block 290 East.

After smelling marijuana, police arrested Rachel Papuga of Houston was taken into custody for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana.
