RUNOFF ELECTION EARLY VOTING TOTALS 148 AFTER TWO DAYS

  

Voting in the Republican and Democratic Primary Runoffs is all even after two days of early voting in Washington County.

According to County Clerk Beth Rothermel, Tuesday saw 44 voters in the Republican Runoff and 41 in the Democratic Runoff.  Combined with the first day of voting, there have been 74 voters in both primaries, 148 total.

Early voting at the Washington County Courthouse Annex continues today (Wednesday) and tomorrow (Thursday) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.  The Annex will be closed Friday in observance of Independence Day.

Early voting will continue July 6-10, with extended hours of 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on the 6th and 7th.  Election Day is July 14th.
