COLORADO CO. FAIR SHIFTS TO YOUTH EXHIBITOR-ONLY
QUEENS PAGEANT AND PARADE WILL STILL BE HELD
Significant changes have been made to the 2020 Colorado County Fair.
In an announcement this (Thursday) morning, the Colorado County Fair Board of Directors said this year’s fair will be held as a Queens Pageant, parade, and youth exhibitor event only.
The board said, after visiting with city and county officials and going over state guidelines, this is “the best decision moving forward”.
The fair, scheduled for September 10th through the 12th, had previously announced its entertainment lineup which included performers such as Southbound 955, Jon Stork, Shane Smith and the Saints, Texas Dream Band, the Texas Jamm Band, and Moe Bandy. The announcement did not specifically mention how the fair plans to address the booked entertainment.
