FIREMAN’S FIESTA SET FOR AUGUST 8TH AT BRENHAM FIREMAN’S TRAINING CENTER
Plans are in place for the Brenham Fire Department’s 51st Annual Fireman’s Fiesta.
One of the fire department’s major annual fundraisers, this year’s event, which will be a fish fry, is scheduled for Saturday, August 8th from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the Fireman’s Training Center.
At this time, meals will only be served drive-thru, as event organizers are still determining whether to serve dine-in meals.
Proceeds from the fundraiser will go toward providing the department with extra funding for water rescue supplies, training, and fire and rescue equipment.
Tickets are $15, and can be purchased at the fire station and from members of the fire department. They can also be purchased at Robert’s Service Station, K&M Grocery, and Dan’s Meat Market.
