NO ONE INJURED IN THURSDAY NOON HOUR ACCIDENT
No one was injured in a two-vehicle accident Thursday afternoon in Brenham.
Authorities were called to the collision at US Highway 290 West and FM 2679 west of Brenham, just before 1:00 p.m., Thursday.
At the scene, all involved were out of their vehicles and no injuries are reported.
Just before 11:00 p.m., firefighters were called to a report of trash bags on fire in the parking lot of Brenham High School.
Firefighters found smoldering sawdust in the bags. They used tank water to extinguish the small fire.
No damage was reported.
