TWO INDICTED FOR LOCAL ARMED ROBBERY

Two people from Round Rock have been indicted for a March armed robbery in Brenham.
19-year old Ricky Caldwell and 33-year old Aparis Unigue Higgs have each been indicted on Aggravated Robbery charges for the second time in less than a month.

The two are accused of robbing the Brenham Food Stop 2 convenience store at Highway 290 and FM 389 at gunpoint back on March 21st.
The two fled the scene and were eventually arrested in April in Lee County just hours after another armed robbery in Chappell Hill. Both were indicted for that robbery last month.
Higgs is also wanted in Ohio and Pennsylvania for Failure to Appear, and in Michigan for Fraud. Caldwell is wanted in Georgia on a Failure to Appear warrant, with previous arrests in Georgia and Florida.

42-year old Willie Jane Poldo of Navasota, was indicted on a January 11th arrest for Aggravated Robbery
39-year old Sperry Demack Nicholas Laster of Old Washington for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Injury to Child.
37-year old Ronald Cienega of Brenham, for a 2018 charge of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child Under 14.
24-year old Gamarcus Dewayne Sheppard of Brenham, for Continuous Violence Against a Family Member and Assault Family Violence Impede Breath Circulation.
62-year old David Richard Darby of Porter and 23-year old Jordan Delano Edwards of Dayton, for Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle
37-year old Johnnie Hoffmann, III of Chappell Hill, on two counts of Forgery
38-year old Joshua Lane Box of Hempstead for Forgery
30-year old Lizza Michelle Flores of Taylor, for Tampering with Physical Evidence
52-year old Kim Ekstrom Arnold of Burton for Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More Offense.
18-year old Jabreaona Breshae Wright of Brenham, Unlawful Delivery/Manufacture with Intent/Simulated Controlled Substance
Indicted for Possession Controlled Substance were: 30-year old Duke Marks of Brenham; 32-year old Christopher James Hartnell, Jr. of Brenham; 32-year old Crystal Yvette Castro of Houston; and, 27-year old Kaylyn Ann Bardwell of Texas City.
Indicted earlier and recently arrested:
27-year old Herisha Lanae Tyler of Houston for a 2019 charge of Injury to Child
55-year old Monica Kay Hubert of Brenham, for Credit/Debit Card Abuse.
