BEAUMONT WOMAN ARRESTED AT BRENHAM PARK, SATURDAY

A Beaumont woman faces a Criminal Mischief charge after her arrest in Brenham over the weekend.
Police took 36-year old Elizabeth Briscoe into custody after police were called out just after 10:00, Saturday evening.
Police were called to Hattie Flowers Park in the 700 Block of MLK Parkway to a disturbance.
A police investigation revealed that Briscoe allegedly damaged property at the park and was taken into custody on a charged of Criminal Mischief Between $750-and-$2500.
She was transported to the Washington County Jail.
