NAVASOTA TO HOST KIDFISH AUGUST 8TH
Navasota will be hosting its annual KidFish event Saturday, August 8th.
The free event is slated to take place from 8 to 11 a.m. at Patout Pond Park, located at 2119 Dove Crossing Lane.
Registration begins at 8 a.m., and the first 100 kids registered will receive a free t-shirt. Trophies will be provided for the winners within each age category.
Fishing equipment will be provided, and volunteers will assist participants with knot tying, casting, and identification.
KidFish is hosted by the City of Navasota and sponsored by the Navasota Noon Lions Club.
