2020-21 HUNTING & FISHING LICENSES GO ON SALE SATURDAY

New Texas hunting and fishing licenses for the 2020-21 season go on sale Saturday (8/15).

With the start of a new hunting season fast approaching, the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department is reminding hunters and fishermen that current hunting and fishing licenses will expire at the end of August.  That does not include the Year-from-Purchase All-Water Package.

A variety of licenses can be purchased online through the TPWD website, by phone or in person at more than 1,700 retailers across the state.

Anyone planning to buy their license from a TPWD Law Enforcement office or Austin Headquarters are reminded to make an advance appointment. Walk-ins are not currently accepted.

The Outdoor Annual will only be available via online or app this year. It’s available for Apple and Android platforms by searching “Outdoor Annual” or “Texas Outdoor Annual.”
