TRUMP BOAT PARADE SEPTEMBER 5TH AT LAKE SOMERVILLE
A boat parade in support of President Trump is set for next weekend at Lake Somerville.
Boats of all shapes and sizes are encouraged to participate in the parade, beginning at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, September 5th. Boaters are invited to decorate their boats with flags and patriotic colors.
Participants will meet at 11:30 a.m. and start the parade at noon in the southeast part of the lake, in front of the overlook and marina. The parade will go north and circle the lake at speeds of 10 mph.
Boaters are asked to not tow any people or objects behind them as the parade is going on. Those who do not have a boat can still participate on shore by flying flags and decorating their beach area.
