RANGERS MAKE TRADE-DEADLINE DEALS
Just before the MLB trade deadline, the Rangers sent catcher Robinson Chirinos and infielder Todd Frazier to the New York Mets for two players to be named later.
Earlier, the team traded pitcher Mike Minor and cash considerations to the Oakland A's minor league prospects: outfielder Marcus Smith and third baseman Dustin Harris.
