“TREATS ON THE STREETS” IN NAVASOTA CANCELLED DUE TO COVID-19
The annual “Treats on the Streets” Halloween celebration in downtown Navasota has been cancelled.
City officials say the event, sponsored annually by the Navasota Police Department as a safe alternative to trick-or-treating, was cancelled as a precautionary measure due to COVID-19.
The city plans to bring back the event next year.
