Wednesday, Citizens State Bank presented a check to Faith Mission in the amount of $3,000 for the charitable work the organization performs for the community.

Faith Mission Executive Director Reverend Randy Wells said Citizens State Bank has been a community partner with Faith Mission for decades, adding this donation will allow the organization to “continue to help families during the economically challenging time.”

Citizens State Bank Executive Vice President Cory Flencher said organizations like Faith Mission are seeing a decline in support without the ability to hold fundraisers and other events.  He said it is important that the community do its part and support them in order to allow them to continue to “offer services that people need now more than ever.”

Citizens State Bank Vice President and Branch Manager Chris Cangelosi said Washington County is lucky to have an organization like Faith Mission, which has “done so many great things for so many people in need.”  He said the bank is happy to be able to offer this donation as a gesture of gratitude.
