HOUSEHOLD HAZARDOUS WASTE COLLECTION EVENT OCTOBER 24TH IN COLLEGE STATION
Residents looking to get rid of their hazardous waste should make note of a waste collection event later this month in College Station.
Twin Oaks Household Hazardous Waste will offer free waste disposal next Saturday, October 24th from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Texas A&M University Services Building.
Among the items that will be taken include aerosol cans, paints and thinners, batteries, computers and electronics, medications, and household cleaning agents. Household garbage, tires, and any commercial or business-generated waste will not be accepted.
The collection will also take new and used books and donations for Books and a Blanket.
