BRENHAM BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT TO CONSIDER ZONING VARIANCE

  

The Brenham Board of Adjustment will consider one lone item at its meeting Monday.

The board will hold a public hearing and potentially act upon a request from Jared and Rachel Cook for a zoning variance.

The request is to allow a 6-foot side yard setback where a minimum 10-foot side yard setback is normally required, in order to attach an existing accessory carport and garage storage structure to their home at 1607 South Jackson Street.

City staff have reviewed the request and recommend approval.

The board will meet Monday afternoon at 5:15 p.m. at Brenham City Hall.
