RIBBON CUTTINGS THURSDAY FOR NEW MUSEUM COLLECTION BUILDING, NEW CHAMBER MEMBER

  

The Washington County Chamber of Commerce will hold a pair of ribbon cuttings tomorrow (Thursday) to celebrate the opening of a new building for the Brenham Heritage Museum and recognize a new Chamber member.

The first ribbon cutting will be held at 11 a.m., and will commemorate the opening of the museum’s new Collections Building at 310 East Main Street.  The building is being used to safely store pieces of the museum’s collection that are not on display, and is currently doubling as an office space.

The second ribbon cutting will welcome new member Sunny Day Blossoms Floral Design Studio at 801 South Market Street.  The florist offers flowers for several occasions, including for funerals, memorials, and anniversaries.  The ribbon cutting will be held at 3 p.m.
