VETERANS DAY CLOSURES IN BRENHAM, WASHINGTON CO.
Offices across Brenham and Washington County will be closed today (Wednesday) in observance of Veterans Day.
Brenham City Hall and the Washington County Courthouse will be closed, along with Brenham Municipal Court, Pet Adoption and Animal Services, and the Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library.
The Blue Bell Aquatic Center is closed until November 20th, due to a recent positive COVID-19 case.
The Collection/Transfer and Recycling Station is still open for regular hours. Residential and commercial trash pick-up will continue as normal.
The Brenham and Washington County Visitor Center is open today from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The offices of Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative are also closed today, but members can still access their account information and make payments through the co-op’s website at www.bluebonnet.coop.
Members can also report power outages through the website, through the co-op’s mobile app, or by calling 800-949-4414. Should an outage occur, Bluebonnet personnel will be on call to restore power as quickly and safely as possible.
