CUBS ROLL PAST ELGIN, 59-7 IN HOMECOMING THRASHING

The Brenham Cubs responded to their first district loss last week in commandeering fashion, as they rolled over Elgin, 59-7 in the 2020 Homecoming Game.

The Cubs (5-3/5-1) made an early statement, as Stephen Stackhouse hit Brandon Ward with a 42-yard touchdown pass on the team’s first offensive play from scrimmage.

From there, eight different Cubs scored touchdowns en route to the blowout win.

J'Sin Lopez falls across the goal line for the Cub's second TD.
