‘MARGIE’ NAMED PET OF THE WEEK

The Brenham Pet Adoption Center has named “Margie” as its Pet of the Week.

Margie s a one-year old Domestic Short Hair female adult cat, fully vetted and ready for her new home.

According to Brenham Animal Services Manager Allison Harper, Margie has shown great affection to staff and volunteers and would make a great indoor/outdoor pet, as she does enjoy the sun.

While the Brenham Pet Adoption Center remains closed to visitors, anyone looking to adopt or foster a pet can still see the shelter’s available pets online at www.petfinder.com.

Appointments to meet a pet can be set up by calling 979-337-7351, or by visiting the Brenham Animal Services Facebook page.  Appointments are being taken Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m.
