BRENHAM E.D.F. ELECTS DIRECTORS
The Brenham Economic Development Foundation has announced that its members have elected five directors to serve a three-year term on the board starting in December.
Four current directors were re-elected to serve another term which includes Mike Hopkins, Jr. of Mike Hopkins Distributing Company; Jimmy Lawhorn of Blue Bell Creameries; Barney Loesch of Thrivent Financial; and Melissa McCune of Baylor Scott & White.
The Newcomer to the board is Amanda Stolz of Seidel Schroeder Company.
The EDF board presently consists of 16 members, with three sets of five directors serving staggered terms and the immediate past chairman.
The remainder of the board includes Blake Brannon, Brannon Industrial Group; Chad Gerke, The Gerke Law Firm; Catherine Kenjura, Lacina & Kenjura, PC; Tee Dippel, Brenham National Bank; Chris Cangelosi, Citizens State Bank; Darren Huckert, Garza EMC; Jarvis VanDyke, VanDyke Rankin; Jim Kolkhorst, Kolkhorst Foods; Matt Bentke, Bluebonnet Electric; Randy Hodde, Hodde Real Estate; and Trey Hardy, Germania.
Billy Holle of Seidel Schroeder Company will be retiring from the Brenham Economic Development Foundation after serving 11 years on the board of directors. Chairman of the Board, Tee Dippel, thanked Mr. Holle for his time on the board and dedication to economic development in Brenham.
