“DAISY” NAMED PET OF THE WEEK

  

The Brenham Pet Adoption Center has named “Daisy” as its Pet of the Week.

Daisy, a pittie mix puppy, is currently in a foster home and is ready for a forever home.  She was experiencing some skin and eye issues when she was first brought in, but her skin has now healed and her eye has been fixed.

Daisy’s caretaker says she is very smart and learning very quickly.  She has learned the “sit” and “no” commands, and has nearly completed potty training.  She is also very playful, and would be a great fit in a home with another puppy.

Those looking to adopt or foster a pet at the Brenham Pet Adoption Center can see the shelter’s available pets online at www.petfinder.com.  They can make appointments to meet a pet by calling 979-337-7351, or by visiting the Brenham Animal Services Facebook page.  Appointments are being taken Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 to 11 a.m.
