LOCAL MAN CHARGED WITH BURGLARY
(Washington Co. Jail)
A Brenham man faces a burglary charge after his arrest Monday morning.
Just before 10:00 a.m., police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Blake Dr. near Prairie Lee St., in reference to a Burglary of Vehicle in progress.
A witness says they saw a male subject was seen entering a vehicle then leaving the location on foot.
Minutes later, police located 22-year old Darius Toliver of Brenham, in the area. Toliver was positively identified as the suspect by a witness.
He was transported to the Washington County Jail and charged with Burglary of Vehicle.
