BRENHAM ISD TAKING NOMINATIONS FOR GIFTED AND TALENTED SCREENING
Brenham ISD is now taking nominations for Gifted and Talented screening and identification for the 2021-22 school year.
Brenham ISD screens students for the Gifted and Talented programs using a multi-criteria approach to selection with three phases of placement. Identification is based upon data collected from achievement tests, ability tests, parent and teacher observation surveys, and student products from Kingore Planned Experiences.
Now through Friday, December 18th, parents or guardians can complete the parent checklist and a request for screening form at www.brenhamisd.net. They can also fill out paper forms at the Brenham ISD Administration Office.
All nomination forms must be submitted online or returned to the administration office by December 18th at noon. Forms received after the deadline will be retained until the Spring 2022 testing time.
