SIX SENTENCED IN LOCAL DISTRICT COURT
Six people have been placed on probation after pleading guilty to charges in the latest session of 21st District Court in Brenham.
25-year-old Joseph Thomas Doino of Brenham pleaded guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance – a Second Degree Felony. Doino was sentenced to eight years’ probation, fined $1500, and ordered to perform 200 hours community service.
22-year old Sergio Miguel Domenech of Houston was sentenced to three years’ probation for Attempted Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility – a State Jail Felony. Domenech was fined $500 and ordered to perform 200 hours community service restitution.
19-year old Sebastian Gonzalez of Katy pleaded guilty to Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle – a State Jail Felony. Gonzalez was fined $500 and ordered to perform 200 hours community service.
23-year old Parker Andrew Maclaird of Houston was placed on two-and-a-half years’ probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance – a State Jail Felony. Maclaird was also fined $250 and ordered to perform 250 hours community service.
28-year old Dylan James Sloan of Brenham received three years’ probation for Forgery – a State Jail Felony. Sloan was fined $300 and ordered to make $1500 in restitution.
And, 21-year old Roony Wyatt Woodard of Crosby was sentenced to two years’ probation and fined $500 for Possession of a Controlled Substance – a State Jail Felony. Woodard was also ordered to perform 200 hours community service.
