BLUEBONNET ELECTRIC TO CLOSE OFFICES FOR NEW YEAR’S DAY
The offices of Bluebonnet Electric Cooperative will be closed Friday in celebration of New Year’s Day.
While offices are closed, Bluebonnet members can access their account information and make payments through the co-op’s website, www.bluebonnet.coop. Members can also report power outages through the website, through the co-op’s mobile app, or by calling 800-949-4414.
Members enrolled in Bluebonnet’s Outage Alerts can report an outage by texting OUT to 85700. To enroll, text BBOUTAGE to 85700 from a mobile phone or tablet and follow the prompts.
In the event of an outage, Bluebonnet personnel will be on call during the holiday to restore power as quickly and safely as possible.
