WINTER WEATHER DELAYS AND CLOSINGS

  

Blinn College - all campus locations will delay opening until 10 a.m. Monday, January 11th.

Brenham ISD will delay the start of school until 10:00 a.m. on January 11, 2021. Update @ 9:40 a.m.: Buses will run their regular routes approximately 2 hours later than their regularly scheduled time. Buses are running later than anticipated, and will be running at a three-hour delay instead of a two-hour delay.  For questions, call 979-277-0090.  Classes will continue as planned at 10 a.m.  COVID-19 testing will be cancelled tomorrow.

The opening of City of Brenham services will be delayed until 10 a.m. Monday.

All Washington County offices will open at 10 a.m. Monday.

Burton ISD schools will have a delayed start on Monday, beginning at 10 a.m.  No breakfast will be served, but lunch will run on a regular schedule.

Christ Lutheran Day School will open at 9:45 a.m.

First Baptist Church School's start time has been delayed until 10 a.m.  Student drop-off will be held from 9:15 to 10 a.m.

Classes for Texas A&M University will start at 10 a.m.

Classes for Sam Houston State University have been cancelled.

Snook ISD will be closed on Monday, January 11, 2021. This includes the cancellation of both on-campus and at-home instruction, and all extracurricular activities. Snook ISD plans to resume normal operations on Tuesday, January 12, 2021.

Classes for Bellville ISD will start at 10 a.m.

Start times for Sealy ISD, Giddings ISD and La Grange ISD will be delayed two hours.

Caldwell ISD, Hempstead ISD, Iola ISD and Navasota ISD have cancelled classes Monday.

The Toy Box Daycare will open at 10:00 AM Monday.

Round Top - Carmine schools will start at 10 AM Monday.

Sealy Mattress Company will delay the start time to 9:00 AM on Monday morning for the first shift.  The second shift will start at the normal time.

Brenham Bread Partners deliveries to all locations have been cancelled for Monday.  Anyone on the distribution list is welcome to go to the Washington County Fairgrounds Tuesday morning to receive their food.

The drive-thru COVID-19 testing at the Washington County Fairgrounds Monday and Tuesday is still taking place as planned.  Testing runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday.
