Twenty-eight people have been indicted in the latest edition of the 21st District Court Grand Jury in Washington County.

43-year old Cedric Dwayne Love of Navasota, Assaulting a Peace Officer.
34-year old Laquita Lashun Nickerson of Somerville, Sexual Assault and Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon
66-year old Ernest Medina of Brenham, Indecency with a Child/Sexual Contact.
46-year old Sedrick Dupree Mitchell of Brenham, Aggravated Assault with Deadly Weapon.
51-year old Dennis Wayne Moore of Brenham, Burglary of a Habitation Intend Other Felony and Assault of a Family Member Impede Breath/Circulation.
50-year old Matthew Liescheski of Brenham, Assault of a Family Member/Impede Breath/Circulation/with a Previous Conviction.
42-year old Gerson William Castaneda-Guillen of Brenham, Assault of a Family Member – Impede Breath/Circulation.
38-year old Evan Michael Szarf of Brenham, Assault of a Family Member/Impede Breath with a Previous Conviction
39-year old Edwin Dewayne Bender of Houston, Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle and Fraud Use of Identifying Info.
19-year old William Justin Campbell of Spring, Evading Arrest with a Vehicle.
33-year old Jessica Nicole Magg Guillory of Killeen, Evading Arrest/Detention Using a Vehicle.
33-year old Kenneth Brooks Helmer of Brenham, Evading Arrest/Detention with a Previous Conviction.
27-year old Qunesha Lache Ward of Brenham, Theft Between $2500 - $30,000.
36-year old Eric Montrae Smith of Copperas Cove, Money Laundering Between $25,000-and-$30,000.
24-year old Kevin Pabon Canales of Killeen, Tamper with Physical Evidence.
62-year old Melvin Dewayne Martin of Brenham, Driving While Intoxicated 3rd or More Offense.
46-year old Jerald Wayne Adams of Brenham, Possession of Controlled Substance.
35-year old Shaqueta Shaquette Smith of Copperas Cove, Possession of Marijuana Between 4 oz – 5 lbs.

51-year old Tommie Joe Nettle of Brenham, Cruelty to a Non-Livestock Animal.
And, 17-year old Emmanuel Joseph Santana of Brenham, three counts of Manufacture/Deliver Controlled Substance and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
