BRENHAM PD DONATES $6,000 IN ‘NO SHAVE NOVEMBER’ PROCEEDS TO ADAM’S ANGELS
Thousands of dollars have been donated to Adam’s Angels Ministry, thanks to a recent Brenham Police Department fundraiser.

The department raised $6,000 through its annual “No Shave November” fundraiser, which allowed officers to have facial hair through the month of November if they contributed to the cause. Female officers were also allowed to have ponytails and colorful fingernails.
In addition to officer donations, money was raised through community donations and officer sponsorships.
2020 was the fifth year the department encouraged its employees to take part in the fundraiser.
All donations were given to Adam’s Angels, a Brenham-based organization that provides support for families fighting childhood cancer.
