BRENHAM MIDDLE SCHOOL STUDENTS RECOGNIZED BY CONGRESSMAN McCAUL AFTER PUBLISHING BOOK
A Brenham Middle School class that recently became published authors has been recognized by Washington County’s U.S. Congressman.
Ben Lewis’ 6th grade Gateway Science and Social Studies class received a certificate of special congressional recognition from Congressman Michael McCaul.
The recognition commends the class for its publishing of “The American Experience 2020-21,” which documented interviews of veterans, immigrants, and others who shared their American experience stories.

The book is now available on Amazon. All proceeds from book sales will be donated to the Wounded Warrior Project.
