AUSTIN CO. GRAND JURY INDICTS 16
The Austin County Grand Jury met last week and returned indictments on 16 suspects.
41-year-old August Ryan Roberts IV, indicted for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and Theft of Property between $150,000 and $300,000. The alleged offense occurred December 24th.
21-year-old April Michelle Wilson, charged with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and Theft of Property between $2,500 and $30,000, occurring on December 3rd and January 10th.
22-year-old Dharry Klinern Bailey, for Theft of a Firearm, from December 30th.
25-year-old Victor Hugo Cuevas, indicted for Evading Arrest or Detention with a Vehicle, from November 7th.
37-year-old Valentin Galarza Sotelo, for Criminal Mischief between $2,500 and $30,000, from December 29th.
28-year-old Wayne Louis Houston Jr., charged with Manufacture or Delivery of a Controlled Substance, from October 21st.
41-year-old Toney Curtis, on two counts of Unlawful Delivery or Manufacture with Intent to Deliver Simulated Controlled Substances, from May 14th.
45-year-old Angelo Douglas Earthman, for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Tampering with or Fabricating Physical Evidence with Intent to Impair, occurring December 18th.
31-year-old Mykel Keith Hickson-Corral, charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Bail Jumping and Failure to Appear – Felony. The alleged offenses occurred on January 25th and August 25th of 2020.
28-year-old Brian-Tanner Alan Lockstedt, for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana, from December 17th.
52-year-old John Louis Chavez, 50-year-old Barbie High Henshaw, 34-year-old Justin Lekeith Manley, 27-year-old Ernest Morin, 29-year-old Christopher Mark Phillips, and 36-year-old Arthur Ray Scott, all for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
