FAITH MISSION RESUMING SERVICES AFFECTED BY WINTER STORM

  

With the winter storm coming to an end, Faith Mission in Brenham is resuming several services.

Faith Mission’s food pantry at 500 East Academy Street will be open this (Friday) afternoon from 2 to 5 p.m. and tomorrow (Saturday) from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The organization’s Women Infant and Children (WIC) program will also resume this afternoon and tomorrow morning, providing services for families with children from birth to five years old.

Faith Mission’s medical assistance program has restarted and is currently checking on clients.

The senior social engagement and weekly wellness checks that began at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic will resume this weekend.

Any churches or businesses that wish to donate water, diapers or other supplies can call Faith Mission’s main office at 979-830-1488, or visit faithmission.us.  Anyone with skills or experience in contracting are encouraged to volunteer by calling or by visiting the website.
