FIVE SENTENCED IN LATEST DISTRICT COURT
A Brenham man has been sentenced to four years in prison in the latest edition of 21st District Court.
47-year-old Joseph Christopher Thompson of Brenham, pleaded guilty to two counts of Stalking, a Third Degree Felony.
Thompson was ordered to spend four years behind bars. He was arrested back in June of 2019.
Also sentenced in District Court:
44-year-old David Eric Juarez of San Antonio, sentenced to four years for 3rd Offense Driving While Intoxicated – a Third Degree Felony.
26-year-old Andrea Lane Kellum of Brenham, sentenced to two year in prison for each of two charges: Burglary of a Building and Possession of a Controlled Substance – both are State Jail Felonies.
20-year-old Anthony Drekell McGinty of Brenham, sentenced to 350 days in jail for Credit/Debit Card Abuse – a State Jail Felony. McGinty was also fined $1410.
24-year-old Kevin William Pabon Canales of Killeen, placed on four years’ probation for Tamper with Physical Evidence – a Third Degree Felony. Canales was also fined $1000 and ordered to perform 150 hours community service.
