HOUSTON MAN INDICTED ON SEALY MURDER CHARGE

A Houston man charged with murder in the shooting death of a Sealy man has been indicted by the Austin County Grand Jury.
27-year-old Dominique Riston was indicted last week in connection to the death of 36-year-old George Aguinaga. Investigators found Aguinaga dead with a gunshot wound at his home on Frydek Road in Sealy on November 15th.
A felony murder warrant was issued for Riston’s arrest after investigation by the Sealy Police Department and the Texas Rangers. He was taken into custody on December 4th by the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Fugitive Task Force.
Riston remains at the Austin County Jail on $500,000 bond.
Also indicted by the Austin County Grand Jury:
21-year-old Edward James Ray Spence, charged with Injury to a Child, Elderly or Disabled Individual with Intentional Bodily Injury, offense occurring January 6th.
34-year-old Micheal Ray Cardenas, for Assault of a Family or Household Member with Previous Conviction, from December 17, 2020.
33-year-old Nicholas Fitzgerald Henry, indicted for Theft of Property less than $2,500 with Two or More Previous Convictions, from April 4, 2020.
42-year-old Daniel Richard Clester and 58-year-old Charles Ray Josey, for Possession of a Controlled Substance.
