CHAPPELL HILL BANK LAUNCHES $1 MILLION LOAN PROGRAM FOR MAIN STREET RESTORATION

  

Chappell Hill Bank is offering $1 million in loans for the restoration of Main Street Chappell Hill.

The bank has established a $1 million loan program specifically for businesses and homes between FM 1371 and Hackberry Bend Road.  The bank says it will offer loans to restore the “historical appeal, country charm and beauty” of the Chappell Hill community.

Funds can be used for business or residential properties for purposes such as building restoration; paint, flooring and cabinetry; roof repair and signage; parking lot paving and striping; landscaping and plants; sidewalks and handicap accessibility; horse hitching posts; and fence repair.

Loan applications must be received before July 4th.  The program will expire on the 4th, or when $1 million in restoration loans has been reached.
