1,000 FIRST DOSE COVID-19 VACCINES STILL AVAILABLE FOR TUESDAY AT subHUB

  

Residents looking to sign up to get vaccinated still have an opportunity to do so tomorrow (Tuesday) at the Regional Vaccination subHUB at the Washington County Expo.

Officials at the subHUB announced this (Monday) morning that there are still approximately 1,000 first dose slots available for tomorrow.  About 4,000 slots were originally made available.

Vaccinations will begin at 6 a.m. tomorrow morning.  Those receiving vaccines are asked to bring a form of ID and a completed consent form.  Consent forms are available at www.localevent.info, along with a complete listing of eligibility.  Forms can also be picked up at the Nancy Carol Roberts Memorial Library.

Registration is open to residents 50 and older, people 16 and older with at least one chronic medical condition, healthcare and frontline workers and residents of long-term care facilities, and teachers and childcare workers.

Residents in the 1A, 1B and 1C vaccination tiers can sign up for their first vaccine dose at the subHUB by visiting https://wacounty.saferestart.net.
