ANDY HEFFERLY NAMED TO SUPER LAWYERS 2021 ‘RISING STARS’ LIST
A partner of a Brenham law firm has again been named to a list of up-and-coming lawyers in Texas.

Andy Hefferly, partner with Moorman Tate, LLP, has been recognized in the Super Lawyers 2021 Texas “Rising Stars” list in the field of Estate Planning and Probate. Hefferly was also recognized as a Rising Star in 2020.
Each year, the Super Lawyers list recognizes no more than five percent of attorneys from each state. Only 2.5 percent of all lawyers are named on the Rising Stars list.
Rising Star honorees are nominated by peers within their practicing state and are selected based on a patented multiphase process which includes a statewide survey of lawyers, an independent research evaluation of candidates, and peer reviews by practice area.

Hefferly has been practicing law with the firm for over eight years, becoming a partner with the firm in 2019. He focuses his practice on the areas of estate planning and probate, real estate, business law and civil litigation.
Outside of his law practice, Hefferly serves on various community boards and ministries, as well as a coach in several youth sports organizations.
