TWO ARRESTED DURING LOCAL TRAFFIC STOP
A Wednesday night traffic stop has led to the arrest of two men by Brenham Police.

Just after 8:30 p.m., police conducted a traffic stop near the 1500 block of US Highway 290 East.
An investigation led to the arrests of 33-year-old Reginald Huey of Caldwell, and 26-year-old Jarvis Smith of Houston.

Huey was charged with Possession of Dangerous Drug and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Smith was taken into custody for Possession of Marijuana, Possession a Controlled Substance and Possession of Prohibited Substance in a Correctional Facility.
