TWO ARRESTED IN LOCAL TRAFFIC STOP

Brenham Police arrested two people late Thursday night, following a traffic stop.
Just after 11:00 p.m., officers located a reckless driver in the 3000 block of State Highway 36 North.

A standardized field sobriety test revealed that the driver, 38-year-old Jagannath Timilsina of Caldwell was intoxicated. Timilsina was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated.
The passenger, 34-year-old Tika Timilsina of San Marcos was also placed in custody for Public Intoxication.
Both were transported to the Washington County Jail.
