CITIZENS STATE BANK INTRODUCES NEW CALDWELL BRANCH MANAGEMENT TEAM
Citizens State Bank has announced a new management team for the bank’s Caldwell branch.
Cody Novosad will serve as the new President and Sheila Ward as the new Branch Manager. Deborah Hildebrand will continue as the Assistant Branch Manager.

CSB President and CEO, Aaron Flencher, says Novosad, “brings a wealth of experience in creating new business to this role.” Novosad was born and raised in Caldwell and Graduated from Texas A&M University.
Ward has an extensive community banking background spanning over 30 years, including leading one of her teams to “Branch of the Year” for 3 straight years.
Flencher goes on to says, Hildebrand has created strong relationships with both customers and employees and will continue to do so.
