A Brenham law firm has announced the addition of a new associate attorney.

Bart C. Frederick has joined Moorman Tate, LLP.  Frederick, a Brenham native and a graduate of Brenham High School, received his undergraduate degree in 2012 from the University of Texas in Austin before graduating cum laude from Baylor University School of Law with his Juris Doctor in 2015.

While in law school, Frederick served as the administrative editor for the Baylor Law Review, and was a member of the Baylor Barrister’s Society.

Frederick’s Houston-based practice focused on litigation, and included defending some of the country’s largest health care companies, local government entities, and national corporations.  He represented clients in legal matters including medical malpractice, employment, civil rights, business disputes, and personal injury lawsuits in both state and federal courts.

Frederick says he and his wife, Abby, look forward to becoming permanent residents of the Brenham area with their daughter, Charlotte Rae, who was born last month.
