‘ARCHIE’ NAMED PET OF THE WEEK

  

The Brenham Pet Adoption Center has named “Archie” as its Pet of the Week.

Archie is a young adult Shepherd mix, with potentially some basset hound or corgi in his lineage.  Brenham Animal Services staff say Archie’s unique body and super smile make him a favorite of everyone he meets.

Staff say Archie, who is neutered, enjoys being loved on and never seems to want to stray far away from the people he cares about.

Potential pet adopters or fosters can see the shelter’s available pets online at www.petfinder.com.  They can also make an appointment to meet a pet by calling 979-337-7351, or by visiting the Brenham Animal Services Facebook page.  The shelter is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
