BRENHAM MAN ASLEEP BEHIND THE WHEEL OF CAR

A Brenham man was taken into custody after he was found asleep, behind the wheel of his vehicle.
Shortly before midnight, authorities were dispatched to a suspicious vehicle in the 1000 block of Shepard St. near Robin Hood Road.
At the scene, police four 39-year-old Felix Andrade asleep behind the wheel.
Andrade was placed in custody for Driving While Intoxicated, Possession of Controlled Substance and Tampering / Fabricate physical Evidence.

He’s a repeat offender on this and yet he is still out and on the streets.
He must of been listening to the Country band “Asleep at the Wheel” LOL
