WASHINGTON CO. DAIRY DAY SATURDAY

  

The Washington County Expo in Brenham is hosting the annual “Dairy Day” today (Saturday).

The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service holds the “Dairy Day” show annually to teach 4-H and FFA members, as well as the community, about dairy cattle.

The show will be held in Barn #2 at the Expo, with check-in starting at 8:30 a.m. and the show getting underway at 9 a.m.

Dairy judging awards will be presented for Old Timer Jackpot Showmanship, Pee Wee Showmanship, Junior Champions, Senior Champions, Grand Champions and a Supreme Champion.

Hamburger lunches will be available for $8 per plate.  Meals will be served at noon or at the end of the show.
