SUSPECT IN BRYAN MASS SHOOTING INDICTED

The Grimes County man charged in the fatal workplace shooting at Kent Moore Cabinets in Bryan in April, has been indicted by a grand jury in Brazos County.

27-year-old Larry Bollin is accused of opening fire on his coworkers at the manufacturing facility, killing one and wounding six, including a DPS trooper.

40-year-old company worker Timothy Smith was killed in the attack.  Bollin is also accused of shooting and injuring DPSTrooper Juan Tovar in Grimes County as law enforcement pursued him.

Bollin remains in the Brazos County jail on a $3.2 million bond.

He’s also charged with attempted capital murder in Grimes County.
