BRAZOS CO. MAN SENTENCED TO 20 YEARS FOR RETALIATION
A Brazos County man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison on a conviction for Retaliation

(Brazos Co. Jail)
A Brazos County jury sentenced 39-year-old Ashley White to the maximum for Retaliation.
In April of 2020, White allegedly made violent threats to a nurse at the Brazos County Detention Center. Months prior, the nurse had reported White for hoarding medication in violation of jail policies. White reportedly threatened to find and murder her and her family when he was released from custody.
During the punishment phase of the trial, the jury learned that this was not the first or last time White had made violent and graphic threats to public servants.
A long line of women and men from Brazos, Harris, and Hays Counties testified before the jury about White’s graphic threats to stalk, rape, murder, and torture their families.
